The Best Setting Powders of 2018
As the year comes to an end, we are continuing with our best of lists with our top 4 setting powders of 2018:
Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish - this pressed powder along with all of her other products is great. It gives the skin a beautiful finish. This is the perfect powder to use under your eyes to set your concealer. It’s especially great if you have more mature skin, it won’t set in to fine lines and wrinkles.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder - this is one of the most talked about loose powders ever! And for good reason. This loose powder is great for baking and it just leaves your skin looking airbrushed. If you have more mature skin this powder will accentuate fine lines and wrinkles. Also, if you have dry under eyes do not apply this loose powder to that area because it will make the under eye area look even dryer. There are two shades available in this loose powder.
Too Faced Born This Way Setting Powder - this is a great loose powder for baking. This loose powder is available in three shades: translucent, translucent medium, and translucent deep. Again it is part of the Born This Way collection which we absolutely LOVE! Every product in the Born This way collection is great from the Born This Way Foundation to the Born This Way Super Coverage Multi-use Sculpting Concealer.
Mac x Patrick Starrr - Patrick’s Powder - this loose powder is a favourite of ours and we couldn’t wait to get our hands on it when it was released with the Slay Ride collection earlier this month. It is a great powder that works fantastic on everyone. We would love to see Mac Cosmetics make this a permanent product. Unfortunately this powder sold out right away as soon as the collection was released, luckily we were able to purchase it in time.
